Mini Meatballs

2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp parsley
2 eggs
1 can chunk pineapple
1 green pepper, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 med onion, cut in quarters
1 bottle barbeque sauce

Mix first four ingredients, shape into 1-inch balls and place on a shallow baking pan.
Bake in a 375* oven for 20 minutes or till brown.  Place in a slow cooker or large
baking dish with remaining ingredients.  Slow cook for 1 hour or till slightly bubbly.
