1 lb ground beef
2 lb ground pork
2 med carrots, chredded
1 sm onion, diced
Dash MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)
Salt to taste
Alot of black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oil
1 pkg egg roll wrappers

Brown ground beef and ground pork together.  Drain fat.  Add 1 teaspoon oil in
skillet and saute onion until transparent.  Sprinkle garlic powder on onion.  Now add
carrots, soy sauce, groud beef, ground pork, salt, MSG, black pepper and eggs.  Mix
together until well blended together.  Now place a small amount of meat mixture
on egg roll wrap.  Roll up and seal edges with 1 extra egg and dash of flour and 1
tablespoon water.  Mix egg, flour and water together.  Seal egg roll edges.  Fry egg
rolls in hot oil until lightly brown.  Serve immediately with Sweet 'n Sour Sauce for dipping!
