Stuffed Mushroom Caps

12 or more lg mushroom caps
1 lb cooked crab meat
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped tops of green onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
Dash of Worcestershire and Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute herbs in butter until soft.  Add crab meat, lemon juice and seasoning and
simmer 10 minutes.  Add bread crumbs, onion tops and parsley and cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir often so mixture will not stick.  Cool dressing, stuff mushroom caps with it, and
bake in 350* oven for 7 minutes.
