Tortilla Roll-Ups

8 lg flour tortillas
2 pkgs onion & chive cream cheese
1 pkg spinach leaves
1 lb smoked turkey (very thinly sliced)
16 very thin slices Monterey Jack (or hot pepper) cheese
16 very thin tomato slices

Spread each tortilla with 1/4 package cream cheese.  Cover each tortilla with
layer of spinach leaves.  Put sliced turkey over spinach.  Place 2 slices cheese
down middle of tortilla.  Cover cheese with 2 tomato slices.  Roll toward cheese
and tomato.  Wrap tightly in saran wrap.  Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice 1/2 inch thick.
