Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

13 oz evaporated milk
6 1/2 oz unsweetened condensed milk
1/4 bottle (6.4oz) Scotch (unblended preferred)
1 egg
*3 tbsp coffee essence (Camp)
*Or use instead 2 tablespoons instant coffee and 2 tablespoons boiling water.

Blend ingredients well.  Bottle and keep in fridge for 8 days before drinking.
