Wine Syllabub

1 carton (5oz) fresh double cream
1/2 lemon (grated rind and juice
2 oz caster sugar
1/2 wine glass of white wine
Crisp shortbread fingers

Whip the cream, add finely grated rind, and strained juice of lemon, and sugar.  Gradually
blend in the wine.  Spoon into 3 or 4 individual glasses.  Chill in refrigerator.  Serve
with shortbread or other crisp biscuits.
