Apple Raisin Bread

3 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cup chopped apples
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup raisins
1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350*.  Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.  Beat eggs, oil, sugar, apples and vanilla
on low speed.  Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves.  Stir in nuts
and raisins.  Spread into pans.  Bake 55-60 minutes or til toothpick comes out clean.  Cool 10
minutes before removing from pans.  Loaves can be frozen and thawed when needed.
