Dilly Bread

1 pkg yeast
1/4 cup water (warm)
1 cup cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp minced onion
2 tsp dill seed
1 egg
2 1/4 - 2 3/4 cup flour

Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm.  Add yeast and warm water.  Let stand 10 minutes.  Add
butter, sugar, salt, soda, onion, dill seed and egg.  Beat well.  Add flour slowly.  Cover
and let rise 1 hour.  Stir dough mixture down.  Pour into a well greased casserole
dish or loaf pan.  Let rise 45 minutes.  Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes.
