Yeast Rolls

1 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
2 pkgs dry yeast
4 cup lukewarm water
4-5 lb flour

Mix sugar, salt and shortening.  Pour in water, then add yeast.  Mix well.  Add flour to make
a soft dough.  Let rise about two hours.  Make loaf bread and rolls.  Let rise about 2 more
hours and bake at 350* until golden brown.
