Another Carrot Cake

1 1/2 cup oil
2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
2 jars of carrot baby food
1 tsp baking powder

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 box powdered sugar (or to taste)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

For cake:  Mix oil and sugar; then beat in one egg at a time.  Put aside.  Mix all dry
ingredients in one bowl.  Combine with egg mixture, then mix in baby food.  Do not beat
though.  Grease and flour 9x13 inch baking pan.  Pour in cake mix and bake at 350* for
55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

For frosting:  Set cream cheese and butter to melt at room temperature.  When
soft, beat together with vanilla until creamy.  Beat sugar in slowly, tasting occasionally
to see how sweet you like.  Frost a cooled cake and sprinkle nuts on top.
