Baked custard

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 cup milk
Cinnamon or nutmeg

Heat oven to 350*.  In large bowl blend together first four ingredients, gradually
stir in milk.  Pour into 6 (6oz) custard cups.  Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.  Place in
13x9 pan with about 1 inch hot water.  Bake at 350* for about 45-50 minutes or until knife
inserted neat center comes out clean.  Serve warm or chilled.
