1 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg yeast
1 egg, beaten
3-4 cup flour
Your favorite fuit pie filling

Scald milk.  Add margarine, sugar and salt; cook to lukewarm.  Add yeast.  Stir in beaten
egg.  Add enough flour to form a soft dough.  Knead until smooth.  Grease bowl with oil.
Put dough in and turn so it is oiled.  Let rise twice until it is double.  Push down
each time.  Pinch off a ball about the size of an egg.  Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch
pan and punch a hole in center.  After you fill the entire pan, put in your favorite
filling.  Brush melted margarine over top and let rise until double and bake at 325* for
20-25 minutes.  When done, drizzle with icing.  Each rising takes approximately 1 1/2 hours.
