1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
12 oz chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375*.  In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.  In bowl
beat brown sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy.  Add egg; beat well.  Gradually add
flour mixture.  Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.  Spread into foil lined 9-inch square
baking pan.  Bake 23-25 minutes.  Immediately sprinkle 2/3 cup chocolate chips over
top.  When shiny, spread evenly.  Chill 5-10 minutes to set chocolate.
