Squash Pie
4 cup yellow squash, grated or diced 1 sm onion, grated or diced 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 sm block Velveeta cheese, grated (freeze to grate easy) 1 cup Bisquick 1/4 cup oil 2 eggs, beaten Combine all ingredients and bake in pie pan til brown and firm, 350*.
