Hot Beef dip

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
1 pkg dried beef, cut up coursely
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream

Soften cheese and blend in the rest of the ingredients.  Sprinkle with some
chopped pecans, if you desire.  Bake at 350* for 25 minutes in a buttered 8-inch
or 9-inch glass pie plate.  Serve with Triscuits.
