Baked Chicken Parmesan

2 1/2 - 3 lb broiler/fryer, cut up and skinned chicken
3/4 cup real mayonnaise
1 cup of corn flake crumbs
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350*.  Mix crumbs and Parmesan.  Brush chicken with mayonnaise,
coat with crumbs, sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Place in a 9x13 baking pan.
Bake 1 hour or until tender.  Serves 3-4.
