Baked Omelet

10 eggs (or cholesterol-free egg substitute), beaten until light
1/2 cup flour
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup oleo, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 lb reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 (4oz) cans green chilies or as desired

Mix ingredients and pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.  Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.  Serves 6-8.
