Barbequed Steak

1 round steak
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 bottle ketchup

Pound steak out well with a meat tenderizer.  Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil
and place steak on top.  Cover steak completely with 1/4-inch layer of ketchup, then
sprinkle dry soup mix over top.  Then again completely slather steak with ketchup.  Cover
with aluminum foil and seal up edges.  Bake at 350* for 40 minutes and then check often
until piece cut from middle is done to taste.  To serve, scrape sauce off top.  To store,
however, keep the sauce to keep steak from drying out when reheated.  Serves 2 people.
