Beef Stroganoff

1 lb round steak in cubes
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (6oz) cans mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6-8 crops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper

Roll meat in flour.  Brown in oil.  Add onion, garlic and drained mushrooms (reserve
mushroom liquid).  Combine sour cream, soup, mushroom liquid and seasonings.  Pour
over meat.  Simmer 2 hours.
