Chili Eggs

8 slices bread (remove crusts & cube)
1/4 lb butter or margarine
8 eggs separated
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
8oz can chopped green chili
2 cup milk
Pam cooking spray

Mix bread cubes in melted butter.  Beat egg whites until stiff.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fold slightly beaten egg yolks into egg white.  Add milk.  In 9x13 pan, sprayed with Pam,
place buttered bread crumbs, sprinkling with grated cheese and chili.  Cover with egg
mixture and refrigerate overnight.  Next day, bake at 325* for 45-50 minutes.
