Della Robia Chicken

4 lg chicken breasts
1 cup Rose or Chablis wine
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tsp seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp grated onion
A little garlic salt

Before basting, heat all ingredients of the wine baste to blend.  Season chicken breasts
with salt and pepper.  Dip in egg and bread crumbs.  Combine baste ingredients:  Wine,
vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper, oregano, brown sugar, onion and garlic salt.  Heat.
Bake chicken at 350* for 1 hour basting chicken before and during baking.
