Finnish Pancake (Panukkaku)

4 eggs, beat whole
2 tbsp sugar
2 cup milk
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Few drops lemon juice

Preheat oven to 475*.  Butter pan liberally and pour well beaten mixture into pan
without lifting pan from oven.  Bake at 475* for 20 minutes and reduce temperature
to 375* for 10 minutes.  Use large low casserole dish, roasting pan or large cast iron
skillet that can go in oven.  Serve with syrup, favorite jam, fruit, etc.
