Polish sausage (fresh & smoked)
Pork ribs/Spare ribs, cut up
1 lb bacon
1 med onion, sliced
1 med cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp caraway seeds
1-2 tsp white pepper
1 cup water
3 reg size cans sauerkraut or 1 can sweet kraut if you can find it & 2 cans regular sauerkraut

In a large roasting pan add Polish sausage, pork ribs and bacon, all cut up into bite-size pieces.
Add the sauerkraut, onions, cabbage, caraway seeds, pepper and water.  Bake in 350* oven
until tender and all flavors mix, about 3-6 hours.  Good served with boiled potatoes.
