Shrimp and Veggies on the Grill

3-4 potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices
2 lg tomatoes, cut into sma pieces
3 leeks, sliced
20 tiger shrimp, shelled
Salt & pepper to taste
Minced garlic to taste
4-5 tbsp butter
1 tsp dill

Makes 4-5 foil packs.  In each foil pack layer: potatoes, tomatoes, leeks and shrimp.  Cover
with 1 tablespoon butter.  Cut into small pieces.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper, minced garlic
and 1/4 teaspoon dill.  Place foil packs on grill and cook 20 minutes.
