Spare Ribs in Honey and Cinnamon

4 ribs per person, beef or pork can be used
Seasoned flour
Honey 
Ground Cinnamon
Lettuce and lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 300*.  Flour ribs.  Melt honey and allow ribs to soak in the mixture.
Remove the ribs and sprinkle liberally with ground cinnamon.  Put into greased
baking pan and cook for 15-20 minutes (pork will be awhile longer).  Serve with lettuce
and wedges of lemon.
