Squash and Sausage Casserole
6 lg yellow squash, sliced 1 lg onion, chopped 1 lb pork or Italian sausage 1 cup sour cream or 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2-2 cup grated Cheddar cheese Cook squash in large pot of boiling water until soft. Brown sausage and onion. Drain both sausage and squash. Mix squash, sausage, onions and sour cream or soup in large caserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350* for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
