Garlic & Oil Pasta

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 lb butter
5-6 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 lb linguine, cooked al dente
1 or 2 eggs
Grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
Pepper and salt

Heat the oil and butter together in a small pan over very low heat.  When butter
is melted, add the chopped garlic and cook for a short time til garlic is soft,
over low heat.  Do not brown garlic!  Toss the cooked pasta with the garlic and oil
sauce.  Add the beaten egg(s) and Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste.  Serve immediately.
