Broccoli Casserole

2 pkgs frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tbsp green onion, chopped

Defrost broccoli in microwave.  Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, and cheese
in large bowl.  Add broccoli and combine thoroughly.  Transfer to baking dish, top
with crackers and bake at 350* for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
